Twin Green and Digital innovation for SME's.

The green and digital transitions can reinforce each other, but also clash. Join us for an exciting event focused on digital and green innovation for SME's! This in-person gathering will take place at Cupola XS, located at Koepelplein 1E, Haarlem, Nederland.

Green and Digital innovation has been indicated by the European Commission as a key element to achieve long-term transformation of business, and the society at large towards a more competitive and sustainable future. While large companies have started with Twin innovation, SMEs in Europe are lagging behind due to perceived high costs and limited benefits, a lack of expertise and limited access to financing.

The study is set up to compare the experiences of SMEs in Europe with Twin innovation with companies participating in the Dutch PIM program (Programma Investeringsgereed Innovatief MKB). The PIM program is an initiative by the Province of North-Holland, implemented by KplusV, Innovate Today en AC and supports SMEs with expertise and funding for innovation. The research includes interviews with a representative group of 21 of the companies that participate in the PIM program.

The study is part of the research program developed by SRH Haarlem University of Applied Science and set up in collaboration withCupola XS
