Are you an impact startup and do you want to explore the possibilities of cooperating with market or capital partners or with KPN on the 4 SDG goals: energy, health & well being, smart industry and innvoation & responsible consumption, than this event is the perfect opportunity for you.
On the 13th of September PHI Factory and KPN will be facilitating speeddates between impact startups and scaleups, KPN teams and external partners as part of our 24th Scale Up Afternoon. And PIM will select startups and scaleups who can join.
We know KPN, but who is PHI factory? Phi Factory is a pasionated and driven consultancy agency and connector. Organisations who want to put their sustainable and circular ambitions to practice are helped with an addictive enthousiasm from the team of PHI factory. 15:00 - 15:20 1st round of speeddates

16:45 - 17:30 Informal network drinking with SDG based areas (there will be areas related to the SDG's so you can meet likeminded people to learn new stuff)

Impact speed dating information
We will start the event with a plenary opening by the KPN, Phi Factory and Bluecity. Ofcourse, they will try their best to make it an interesting and informative session.
After that it is time for speeddating. In 4 rounds of speeddates the corporate partners are matched with startups/scaleups where they share interests on (SDG) goals.
Are you not matched? Don't worry. From 16:45 you'll get the opportunity to talk with well-known corporates on SDGs. Every corner of the room has its own SDG.

KPN Sustainability: KPN Sustainability seeks for solutions to reduce energy footprint > cooling differently and generating your own energy
2) Corporates (for startups & scaleups looking for cooperation’s, Proof of Concepts, or sharing knowledge):
ANWB: ANWB’s primary focus is on companies with a B2C or B2B2C focus, that favour new and/or disruptive solutions with a compelling service offering and strategic relevance to the priorities (Home, Energy, Wellbeing) as well as ANWB’s core propositions. They partner – and selectively make minority investments - with scaling companies that have proven traction and can clearly show the market opportunity.
Erasmus University: Erasmus University Rotterdam is looking for companies wanting to collaborate with academia in terms of research, sponsoring, guest lectures, etc. They are interested in various industries.
City of Rotterdam (Gemeente Rotterdam): "The City of Rotterdam: the cirularity team is looking for circular solutions related to upcycling waste streams. Companies that stimulate the circular transition and the transformation of existing companies and their waste streams. They are looking for cooperation with startups and scaleups; proof of concept, possibility to pilots and do experiments, fresh point of view and/or (sharing) knowledge. Our wastestreams consists of construction and demolition waste; such as wood,iron and steel and of waste streams of businesses metal and lead-acid batteries.
Johan Cruijff Arena: The Johan Cruijff Arena is looking for European startups/scaleups that can assist with the climate neutral goal of 2025 and the net positive goal in 2030. This can be done by sustainable and healthy food offer and journey, reduce waste and litter, sustainable energy production, safety and security and improving the customer journey of football and events. They are looking for PoC in or around the stadium.
Holcim: Holcim is a producer of concrete and cement is looking for opportunities in reducing CO2 emissions. One of the ways is by analyzing and using lots of unused data from the construction site, leading to possible interesting outcomes and optimalizations. Besides, Holcim is interested in everything that is happening on the construction site (eg sensors and solutions that make processes more efficient).
Rabobank: Rabobank is looking for scaleups with software or services to grow a better world (agri, food and sustainability) and on mortages.
Rockstart: Rockstart has an accelerator programme for scale ups in health, energy, emerging tech and agrifood by offering, network, knowledge access to market and capital.
3) Investors (for startups & scaleups looking for investments).
ICOS Capital ICOS Capital looking for startups and scaleups in the food and chemical area. Looking for solutions for an improved climate (carbon capture, hydrogen usage and storage), smart materials, (alternative raw materials for plantbased food usage) and biosurfactants in cleaning products. They are also interested in smart industrial tooling and smart tools that gather and proces information at the same time.
Eneco Ventures: Eneco Ventures is looking for investments in startups and scaleups in the growth phase throughout North-Western Europe that accelerate the energy transition; looking for investments (industry = IoT).
Enterprise Solutions Enterprise Solutions is looking for deep tech companies. Either an investment, cooperation or to share knowledge.
